Not sure if You've seen these yet I only discovered them tonight (all this riot business has kind of distracted me somewhat) but here's a few images of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman on set for next Batman film .. the bikes very Judge Dredd , not sure about the outfit don't look too shiny really (Michelles Catwoman costume is an hard act to follow..)glad it isn't purple and green like the original comic outfit..
I know this has been getting mixed reactions across the web, but I'm going to wait and see the final results before I make any judgment. I huge Catwoman fan and what I love about the contemporary Catwoman(in the comics) is that she wears a fully leather catsuit, which was inspired by Emma Peels leather suit. For this movie, I admit I was hoping they would go for something similar to her current look in the comic book, but making it fit with style of the new Batman movies.
ReplyDeleteAs much I love Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman outfit(who doesn't), that type of outfit would probably wouldn't fit well in this Batman movie.
I hated Halle Berrys Catwoman outfit...I thought it was very lazy and ugly design. Like that whole terrible movie, they completely disregard the source material which is shame really.
Not sure the Halle Berry movie had anything to do with Batman , perhaps it was a tribute to Eartha Kitt .. there was talk in the 80's that there was going to be a Catwoman film starring Sean Young I would of liked to of seen that. . even if it was awful lol . I agree not sure a Pfeiffer style Catwoman outfit would work in these newer films it was really Burton's vision (which I enjoy more than the latest films.. didn't like the films made after Burton and Keaton left, kind of enjoyed Batman Begins, The Dark Knight I find too Dark and slow in places I think it's overated maybe third and final one will up the ante )
