 Ultra nerdy I know -but I know she has a long history -I think first time I saw her was when I was about four in a Green Arrow/Green Lantern comic Neal Adams art I imagine really great stuff  -created by the legendary Carmine Infantino (she's one of the greats)

I still think Green Arrow should wear the William Tell style  hat though that I grew  up with   ..looks far more heroic -not that will ever happen lol  I'm  a bit miffed at the fact I can't embed hope that problem gets sorted.
